sports training and nutrition. She holds multiple llinternationally recognized certifications,

– Certified Fitness Trainer (CFT)
– Certified Nutrition Therapist (CNT)
– Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
She has also completed specialized courses in training for special conditions and therapeutic
nutrition and is currently advancing her studies in Mental Fitness to provide a holistic approach
