Cancellation & Refund Policy
At YNSKIN, we are committed to providing the best possible service to our clients. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
1.Cancellation 24 Hours or More in Advance:
If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund of the paid amount.
2.Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment:
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the session, 50% of the session fee will be deducted to cover the reserved time and prior preparations.
3.After the Session Starts or Routine Plan is Delivered:
Once the session has begun or the personalized routine plan has been provided, no refunds will be issued, as the service is considered delivered.
4.Rescheduling Policy:
Clients are allowed to reschedule once only, provided they notify us at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled appointment.
