YN Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To ensure the highest quality of service and a fair experience for all our clients, please find below our standard guidelines regarding appointments:

1. Cancellation Policy

–   24 Hours or More Before the Appointment: You may cancel your appointment and receive a full refund, minus a 5% administrative transaction fee.

–   Less than 24 Hours Before the Appointment: A 50% cancellation fee will be applied (as compensation for the reserved time slot and team preparation).

–   After the Session Starts or Upon Receiving the Plan: Regrettably, no refunds can be issued at this stage, as the service has already been rendered

2. Rescheduling Policy

–   You are entitled to one (1) rescheduling request per booking.

–   Requirement: We must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment time to allow for necessary schedule adjustments.
